Regarding Gluten-Free Requests

We are able to accommodate certain gluten-free requests, such as providing gluten-free soy sauce for sashimi and substituting wheat-based noodles with gluten-free alternatives. However, we are unable to offer a completely gluten-free experience (e.g., removing all soy sauce from the entire meal), as we operate with a single-chef kitchen.
