Food selections, guest numbers, and dietary requirements must be given at least two days before the function date.

Cancellations must be received 24 hours before your reservation.

All cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be subject to a $55 per seat charge.

By making a reservation, you agree to pay a $55/seat fee if you do not show up.

We cannot accept guests under 12 years old for safety purposes. (We are serving boiling pot at the end of our tasting)
About Gluten-free

We can substitute regular soy sauce for GF soy sauce. We can sub wheat noodles for rice noodles, but the entire broth/ sauce substitution is a bit difficult due to the kitchen/storage size of our restaurant; for example, if the guest has a problem with 1tbs of soy sauce in 1gal stock, we can probably not take your reservation.
About Vegetarian

We can only take vegetarian guests who can take a "Dashi," the fundamental Japanese soup stock only calls for three ingredients, bonito flakes, dried kombu, and water.
About Shellfish Allergy

We might be unable to accommodate if the guest cannot share the oil used to cook shellfish.

Unfortunately, we cannot take “no soy” or soy allergy request.
